WhatsApp Order Status Template
The Order Status Template helps you share timely updates about the order with your customers. This ensures transparency, reduces queries, and enhances customer experience.

Create Template
Follow the steps given below to create WhatsApp Order Status Templates.
- Log in to your Netcore CPaaS dashboard. Navigate to the Templates section and click CREATE TEMPLATE.
- Add Template name, select Utility from the Category dropdown, and Order Status from the Type dropdown.
- Toggle on Allow Template Recategorization by Meta to send your template for approval to Meta and click NEXT. This is an optional field.
- Enter the body text of your message and personalize it with up to 10 variables.
- Toggle on Footer to add a short line of text to the bottom of your message template.
- Preview your template on the right pane of the screen. Once you have completed creating it, save it as a draft or submit it to Meta for approval. Once Meta approves it, you can use it in campaigns.
Add Sample Content
NOTE: Sample content is required only if there is a variable in the header or body.
Including sample content will help Meta approve your template quickly. Ensure that you do not include any actual user or customer information and provide only sample content in your examples.

Click SAVE when done adding details for sample content.
