With Netcore, your business can send interactive messages to customers on WhatsApp. This allows them to pay for their orders using any UPI app or credit/debit card on their device.

Integrate Payment Gateway with WhatsApp

Integrate a payment gateway to enable WhatsApp payments. This ensures secure transactions for your customers. Set up the payment gateway on the Netcore CPaaS dashboard, link it to your WhatsApp Business Account, and configure the required parameters, such as country codes, purpose codes, and merchant details. Follow the steps given below to add the integration.

  1. Log in to the Netcore CPaaS dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Settings > Integrations.

  3. Select Razorpay or PayU listed under Catalog. Add new integration page appears.

    NOTE

    Billdesk, ZaakPAY are currently not supported. Write to [email protected] if you have one of these payment gateways present.

  4. Click ADD INTEGRATION. The payment configuration details page appears.

FieldDescription
Connection nameEnter a unique name for your RazorPay or PayU integration.
WhatsApp business account IDThis is the unique identifier for your WhatsApp Business Account.
Merchant country codeSelect the mandatory code that best matches your business type, which is required by the National Payments Corporation of India for proper transaction attribution and limits.
Purpose codeSelect the purpose of the transaction to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  1. Once you add the required details, click ACTIVATE.

Note

Ensure you are logged into your Facebook account. If you are already logged in, you will be automatically redirected to your Razorpay or PayU account. If not, you will be prompted to log in to Facebook first, after which you will be redirected to Razorpay or PayU.
