Create IP Pool

This allows a parent account to create a new pool for organizing dedicated IP addresses. Each pool must have a unique name within the parent account and be associated with a specific region.

The name of the IP pool. Allowed characters are alphanumeric, hyphens, and underscore. Must not already exist under the parent account in the same region.
