I have assigned an IP to a domain and then assigned the domain to a subaccount. Will the IP assignment continue to the subaccount?

No, IP assigned to a domain doesn't get assigned to a subaccount, if you assign a domain to a subaccount.
You have to assign the IP separately to the subaccount.

Only Subaccount user can link the assigned IP to the assigned domain.
