Manage Users
You can provide your teammates with access to your account. You can assign a user to a team with different view/edit rights.
How to create a user?
- In your Netcore Email API account, click the Settings icon in the main navigation bar.
- In the left sidebar submenu, navigate to Manage Users.
- Click Create user.
- Assign a username to the user
- Enter the email address.
We send a confirmation link to this email address to validate the user. This email address should not be associated with any other Netcore Email API account. - Assign the user to a Team.
- You can choose to set the password for the user yourself or allow your user to set the password.
- Click Create User to send your user(s) a welcome email and give them access to your account.
The welcome email will include an account activation link. If you have opted for the user to set the password, the link will redirect the user to a password reset page.
Team Permissions
You can assign a user to one of six teams-
Admin
- Admin is the replica of your account with the same rights and permissions as the primary account.
Accounts
- User has complete access to (and can make changes to) your Netcore Email API account's billing information.
- User can purchase a dedicated IP as well.
- User has access to Subaccount's credit activity log.
Analytics
- User can view the Live Feed, Analytics and Subaccount Analytics.
- User can download the reports.
- User can view the Suppression & Tag list.
- User can view the warmup details.
- User can manage the Mail Alerts.
Support
- User can view the Live Feed.
- User can view the warmup details.
Tech
- User has all the access apart from access to your account's billing information.
Design
- User has access to create & modify templates.
Marketing
- User can view the Live Feed, Analytics and Subaccount Analytics.
- User can download the reports.
- User can view & edit the Suppression list.
- User cannot access Integration, Webhook details within Settings.
