Scheduled Reports in Netcore to Manage, Modify & Automate it
Overview
Manage and schedule reports in the Netcore platform. The interface allows users to view, schedule, and modify report configurations in the Scheduled Reports section under the Reports menu.
- Log in to the Netcore Platform.
- In the left sidebar, click on the Reports section.
- Select Manage Reports to access the Scheduled Reports interface.
Scheduled Reports Table
The Scheduled Reports table lists all reports that have been scheduled for regular generation. Each row corresponds to an individual scheduled report, and the following columns are displayed:

| Report name | The name of the scheduled report (e.g., SFTP Report test 2, sahil_testing_5). |
| Description | A brief description of the report's purpose or the data being included (e.g., LTO, QA, test). |
| Report type | The type of report (e.g., Campaign Wise - Detailed). |
| Frequency | The frequency with which the report is scheduled to run (e.g., Daily). |
| Scheduled Status | Indicates whether the report is currently active or inactive (represented by a toggle switch). Users can turn this on or off to start/stop the report. |
| Modify Settings | The option to modify the report settings. Click on the Schedule link in this column to adjust the settings for that report. |
| Delete | The option to remove the scheduled report. Clicking the trash bin icon will permanently delete the selected report configuration. |
Key Features and Actions
- Modifying Report Settings
To modify the settings of any report, click on the Schedule link under the Modify settings column. You will redirected to a configuration screen where you can adjust parameters such as:
- Frequency (e.g., Daily, Weekly)
- Report Type (e.g., Campaign Wise - Detailed)
- Target Audience or Filters (if applicable)
- Destination (SFTP, Email, etc.)
- Deleting a Scheduled Report
If you want to delete a scheduled report, click the trash bin icon in the Delete column. Confirm the action to remove the report from the schedule.
- Activating or Deactivating Reports
Reports can be toggled on or off by clicking the green toggle switch under the Scheduled Status column. Green indicates that the report is active, and the system will generate the report according to its defined frequency. Gray indicates that the report is inactive and will not be generated.
Additional Features
- Search Bar: Use the search functionality at the top of the page to quickly locate specific reports by name.
- Sorting: You can sort reports by Report name, Frequency, and Scheduled Status for better organization.
- Pagination: If there are multiple reports, use the pagination options at the bottom of the table to navigate through them.
