Create WhatsApp Campaigns
Learn to create WhatsApp campaign on the Netcore CPaaS dashboard.
Follow the steps to create a WhatsApp campaign.
- Navigate to CAMPAIGNS > CREATE CAMPAIGN. The Create campaign screen appears.
Refer to the table below for details on the sections under Setup.

| Business Number | Select the registered phone number through which users will receive your WhatsApp messages. |
| Campaign name | Add a name for your campaign. |
| Add tags | Add tags to categorize your campaign. You can select up to five tags. |
| Template | Select the template created and approved from the dropdown. WhatsApp limits you to sending up to 2 marketing messages in a 24-hour window without a customer response. If the customer responds, one additional message can be sent. Note: Templates created after November 18, 2021, can be used. |
| Audience> Upload phone number list | Add the users who want to send WhatsApp communication. Upload the phone number list in .csv or .xlsx format. The first column should contain mobile numbers with country codes followed by variables (if any), such as 915875899895, where '91' is the country code. Formats .csv and .xlsx maximun file size should be 20 MB. |
- Select SEND TEST MESSAGE to preview the final message before sending it. Ensure the users you send the test message to are active on WhatsApp.
- Click SEND to send your WhatsApp campaign to your users.
