RCS: Campaign
Create and Manage RCS Campaigns with SMS Fallback
To ensure users have a safe and positive experience communicating with brands, our support team will create each template on the vendor's portal and have it approved by the vendor team before the campaigns can be sent.
Campaign Creation Flow
Log in to the RCS dashboard. Navigate to Campaign and click CREATE CAMPAIGN to send an RCS campaign.
- Enter Campaign name, select the Bot from the drop-down, and add tags.
- Add CSV in the Audience section. Ensure that your CSV file has the recipient mobile numbers in the first column, followed by the variables in your template.
