Overview

CPaaS now supports multiple RCS vendors, starting with the transition from existing VI bots to Jio bots. The platform ensures a smooth switch by syncing bot data across Customer Engagement (CE) without manual steps.
Once configured, CE removes old bots, adds the new ones, and updates all dependent modules.

Prerequisites

• Only one vendor can be active at a time for a brand. This ensures proper control at the Netcore level.
• The RCS API key is configured at the CPaaS panel level and does not change when you switch vendors or bots.
• The panel supports both Transactional and Promotional bots.
• Each user can create up to four bots per month. Contact [email protected] to increase this limit.
• There might be a change in Bot name post this release.
