Track the delivery performance of your SMS messages across different campaigns and time periods.
Overview
The Delivery Report gives you a breakdown of how your messages performed after being requested. It highlights key delivery metrics, including how many were successfully sent, delivered, failed, or still pending a delivery receipt. Use filters such as date, enterprise ID, sender ID, and region to drill down into specific delivery patterns.
Use this report to:
- Monitor delivery success and failure rates.
- Troubleshoot message drops, DLT issues, and pending delivery statuses.
- Validate actual reach vs. total messages requested.
- Identify systemic issues by tracking DLT failures and bounce rates.
Navigate to Reports > Delivery to use and view the message performance. Below are the key functionalities available:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Date Range | Select a time range to analyze billing data. Included options are Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days, or a Custom Range (up to 120 days). |
| Enterprise ID | Displays the name of the enterprise or business entity associated with each campaign to isolate customer-level billing details. |
| Type | Choose how the report is grouped: |
| Sender ID | Displays the sender identity (header) used in the message. Useful for comparing message volume across different brands or regulatory headers. |
| Tags | Displays any custom tags associated with the message or campaign, useful for filtering and categorization. |
| Template | Displays the DLT-registered template ID linked to the message content. |
| Feed name | Displays the feed source again; this entry appears to be duplicated, consider removing or merging if unintentional. |

Data from the last 24 hours may not be available if today is selected as the end date.
The table below displays the meaning of each column in the delivery report to help you interpret message statuses and system performance.

| Date | Displays the date for which the delivery data is recorded. Useful for analyzing daily trends. |
| Total Request | Displays the total number of message requests the system generates, including successful, failed, and retried attempts. |
| Sent | Displays the number of messages successfully forwarded to the telecom operator or gateway for delivery. |
| Delivered | Displays the number of messages successfully delivered to the recipient’s device, as confirmed by the operator. |
| Failed | Displays the number of messages that failed due to issues like operator errors, invalid numbers, or unreachable users. |
| DLT Failure | Displays the number of messages rejected due to DLT compliance issues such as missing template IDs, headers, or opt-ins. |
| DLR Pending | Displays the number of messages for which delivery reports (DLRs) are still pending from the operator. |
| Not Sent | Displays the number of messages blocked or dropped before submission due to missing parameters or system-level filters. |
