Billing: Credit Allocation

Track prepaid SMS usage with clear insights.

Overview

For prepaid SMS customers, Netcore assigns a fixed number of message credits to the account. These credits determine how many SMS messages can be sent from the panel. The Credit Allocation section appears only for:

  • Prepaid customers
  • Enterprise IDs configured as prepaid

Steps to Access Credit Allocation

  1. Login to Netcore CPaaS panel and navigate to the Billing section from the left menu.

  2. Select Overview.

The table below explains each metric displayed in the Credit Consumption panel for prepaid SMS accounts.

Credit Consumed (%)Displays the percentage of credits already used, with a progress bar to track consumption.
Current BalanceShows the remaining credits available in the prepaid account. credits
Last RefilledIndicates the number of credits added during the most recent recharge.
Number of SMS Remaining (Approx.)Provides an estimated count of SMS messages that can still be sent based on the remaining credits.
