Executive Delivery Report
View SMS billing data based on delivered message counts with the Executive Delivery Report.
Overview
The Executive Delivery Report gives you a consolidated view of your SMS billing data based on delivered messages, built for accounts billed on delivery rather than volume sent. It mirrors the Executive Summary Report in layout and functionality. The only difference is that every metric here is calculated based on delivered message counts rather than sent counts.
Use this report to:
- Monitor total delivered message volumes across campaigns.
- Filter delivery counts by time, sender, or region.
- Support internal audits and billing validations for delivery-based billing accounts.
- Generate insights for budget planning and operational efficiency.
Navigate to Reports > Executive Summary Report and select Delivery from the dropdown on the right to view this report.
Note
The Executive Delivery Report is visible only if enabled for your account at the panel level. If you don't see the Delivery option in the dropdown, reach out to your account manager.
The filters available on this report are identical to the Executive Summary Report:

The table below explains what each column represents in the Executive Delivery Report.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Date | Displays the calendar date for which the message data is recorded. |
| Transactional message delivered | Displays the number of transactional messages successfully delivered. Each message is counted once, regardless of its length. |
| Transactional SMS delivered | Displays the total number of SMS units billed for delivered transactional messages. If a message exceeds 160 characters, it is split into multiple SMS segments for billing. |
| Promotional message delivered | Displays the number of promotional messages successfully delivered. Each message is counted once, regardless of its character count. |
| Promotional SMS delivered | Displays the total number of SMS units billed for delivered promotional messages. Longer messages are split into multiple SMS segments for billing. |
| Domestic message delivered | Displays the number of messages successfully delivered within the same country. Each message is counted as one, independent of its length. |
| Domestic SMS delivered | Displays the total number of SMS units delivered within the same country. This billable count is based on message length (split into 160-character units). |
| International message delivered | Displays the number of messages successfully delivered to recipients outside the country. Each entry reflects one message, not the number of SMS units billed. |
