Navigate to Live feed to preview insights that are updated in real time for your campaigns.

The Live Feed displays real-time visibility into SMS message flow, allowing you to monitor delivery progress, troubleshoot issues, and filter detailed campaign data. Below are the key functionalities available:

Date Range

Select the preferred date range to analyze. You can also select a custom date range that provides metrics to help you determine whether the campaigns are making users take desired actions, like buying a product or signing up for an account. Once the preferred date range is selected, click APPLY .

Available options in the dropdown menu are:

  • Last 7 Days
  • Last 30 Days
  • Last 90 Days
  • Custom Range: The duration is capped at 120 days.

Important Note:

The data for the previous 24 hours is not displayed if you select the present date as the end date range.

Enterprise NameDisplays the name of the enterprise or business entity associated with the campaign.
Feed NameDisplays the source or system feed from which the message originated.
Sender IDDisplays the sender identity (header) used to deliver the message, often used for branding or regulatory compliance.
TagsDisplays any custom tags associated with the message or campaign, useful for filtering and categorization.
Template IDDisplays the DLT-registered template ID linked to the message content.
Feed NameDisplays the feed source again; this entry appears to be duplicated—consider removing or merging if unintentional.

Mobile No.Displays the recipient’s mobile number to which the message was sent.
Request IDDisplays a unique identifier automatically generated for each message request, used for tracking and troubleshooting purposes.
Sender IDDisplays the sender identity or header used to deliver the message, often configured based on regulatory or branding requirements.
DLT Template IDDisplays the registered template ID associated with the message, as required under the DLT (Distributed Ledger Technology) compliance framework.
Feed NameDisplays the feed source from which the message was generated, helping you trace back to specific workflows or automation triggers.
MessageDisplays the actual message content sent to the user, including any dynamic or personalized information populated at the time of dispatch.
Requested OnDisplays the timestamp marking when the message was initially triggered or submitted for delivery.
Last ActivityDisplays the most recent status update or system event related to the message, such as delivery confirmation or failure response.
