Audit Log

Track and review actions performed across your account on the Netcore CPaaS dashboard, with a unified log spanning Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and RCS. #

Overview

The Audit Log records actions performed on your account and displays them on a single, searchable panel. Every tracked action carried out through the CPaaS dashboard, or through the client-facing API, is captured with details such as who performed it, when, from where, and what was changed.

Like User Management, the Audit Log is a centralized setting that applies globally across all channels. It is not scoped to a single channel, so actions across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and RCS appear together in one place.

Actions are captured for both the master account and any sub-users or subaccounts created within it, giving Admins complete visibility into account activity.

📘

Note

The Audit Log is available under Settings and applies across all channels.
